I have been a fan of electronic dance music since the late eighties, but after discovering psytrance in the mid nineties, my interest went to a new level, which included sound production and engineering, helping stage events with friends, travelling and performing around europe until more recent years. When I am not having adventures with my kids, I still love to join the dancefloor, just a little less often and more likely daytime.

Astromatrix & Real Astrology

Most people have heard of astrology, Yeah Right!!! But what i am talking about is not the newspaper horoscopes. Over 20 years ago, my friends introduced me to astrology and the software they used to compile accurate natal and astrological charts. I continue to offer charts not for profit.

The Crop Circle Enigma

After first sighting what i had thought to be a crop circle in 1999, i developed an interest, but lacked opportunity to observe fresh ones on the ground. then a decade later, i took to the fields and made it my mission to go observe on the ground and be one of the first to enter circles to carry out observation.

Cymatic Frequencies

'Cymatics' is the science of visualizing audio frequencies. Resonance made visible with black seeds on a harpsichord soundboard, cornstarch and water solution, or sand forming on a metal plate.

Sacred Geometry

Sacred geometry, sacred meanings, geometric shapes and certain proportions. On every scale, every natural pattern of growth or movement conforms inevitably to one or more geometric shapes.

Yoga & Stretch

Having recently being introduced to good yoga and stretch teachers, I am enjoying the benefts it brings.

Mindfulness

A few years ago I attended an 8 week mindfulness course, formal practice brought interesting benefits.

We Are What We Eat

We really are what we eat. When we eat well, with people we care about, we feel good. Every cell in our bodies was created from the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe....and the occassional structured detox really helps.
